AUS needed a way to tell the public about the opening of their second terminal. We developed a plan to communicate that the new South Terminal is the terminal for all low-cost-carrier fights, and the strategy worked to limit passenger confusion about which terminal to use. We also designed graphics, including home page images, maps and more.
